Shoelaces?

Has anyone found a place (preferably on-line) where one can find decent shoelaces? Not just for Aldens, but for any somewhat casual shoe.
Seems that many or most men's shoes (such as Bass or Dexter) now come with very nice laces. Once they break, good luck finding replacements. Even at the counter, they only sell the typical selection: Braided brown strings for casual shoes, Waxed black strings for dress shoes, white laces for sneakers, or laces for hiking boots.
After I break a lace, I find myself knotting it because it still looks better than the only replacements that I can find. It's either that or throw the shoe out
Best to all,
