soaked my HH...and it did...

Post by Holt »

wonders to it..

I let it drie on my body..it took almost 4 days to dry  ....

at first the hide became really stiff when it dried up.. much of the shine came of though, which is a good thing :D ..then I applied it with pecards.

alot of grain came out..which I do not like all that much....but I am sure I can get used to it..I am just so used to lambskin.smooth with little grain which is very flattering..

but
the jacket became really wonderfull and looks even more LC then ever in my opinion..

I think I also am getting use to the length of this jacket too..the LC jacket was a shorter jacket then raiders and TofD...guess I am just used to a little longer jackets...

the backpanel looks HUGE but I guess that takes a little longer to break in.

what do you think..

Great jacket - very LC! I reckon it's a good fit on you and doesn't look too short. That is the LC look. I've also got to hand it to you for your outstanding dedication to obtaining perfection. Four days wearing that jacket while it dried!?! It must be fused to your body by now. :)

Holt, jacket looks great. What did you soak it in? For how long? I like how the sleeves are showing the creases.

I just threw it in the shower for a half hour.

dab dryed it with a towel and went for a walk.

hehe.. Holt.. this jacket is surely your most recent obsession. May it not be your last

It looks good on you my friend but IMO.. and it is ONLY MHO... I still think it looks too short in the body for SA but wear it with pride. Looks good on you! Enjoy 8)

It's perfect. Dead on. Brilliant pockets and placement. SA length. Don't you dare sell it!
