Whoa! Easy...I NEVER got an email from Peter, and it arrived at my door 5 weeks later. As the main page says, rest assured, you will get your jacket.

Also, you ordered less than a week ago? Give Peter time...I am sure he is working on your jacket. I would say they are most likely swamped. I figure they do not start working on the orders right away. So no worries, friend...YOU WILL GET A BEAUTIFUL JACKET.

Peace,
Cliffhanger

P.S. As far as calling them, well, instructions might be in your local phone book. I would just wait for the email...it'll be MUCH cheaper.

Don't forget that Peter doesn't only cater to us gearheads. We have seen in the past where he has been out of contact for a while working on a particular project. Maybe on location or ramping up production for a particular movie.

Just some thoughts.

I ordered mine over ayear ago, and it took about 6-7 weeks to get here. I did get a confirmation number though, after calling Peter. I called Peter twice. Once to make sure he got my order, the other just because he's Peter. I know how you feel, all of us who own a Wested do. Hang in there.
Don't worry you'll get your jacket in due time.
All good things come to those who wait.
Besides, you don't want to push it or you'll invoke the spirit of the evil customs tax.
A beast I have yet to confront!
