Hey Guys this question may sound silly to some of you but, I did some searching and I'm having a tough time trying to figure out what you guys mean when you say "80s cut".

the term 80's cut is the opposite from standard cut.. the standard cut, for example , a size 42 jacket will measure 46inches in the chest and an 80's cut size 42 will measure 44 inches in the chest.
the amount of movement in the jacket is 4 inches for standard and 2 inches for 80s cut..
on an 80s cut it is suppose to be a bit longer and the sleeves taper a bit more..
thats just my 2 cents!

Thanks so that means the jacket may just be a little slimmer on the person?
