Does anyone know anything about the Victor Tella whips?

I own several of Vic's whips. I think he is a very talented craftsman.
He was willing to take an idea I had for a design motif and render it into a beautifully executed product.
My experience demonstrates that Vic's work compares very favorably with the work of makers whose names appear more frequently on COW.
His whips are beautifully made, and highly functional.
In my opinion, considering the high priced, some might say over priced, whips on offer by other makers, Vic's price-point is reasonable.

I would tend to agree. Victor seems like a VERY conscientious craftsman with a great attention to detail and a slick finish. I have not had the pleasure of handling his whips yet, but I agree he is too often overlooked in the roster of whipmakers.
If you don't mind, I'd LOVE to see pics of your Tella whips...

I got to look at several of Victor's whips when I met him at a convention in Lost Angeles. The finish of his whips is top-notch, and the colors of the whips he has hand-dyed are great. I especially liked his blue and black two-tone whips and the purple and black color combination.
He's also keen to do complex two-tone patterns. I saw one whip that had skull and cross-bones in the handle.

Thanks for the comments. I am looking forward to getting my first whip .
The pictures on his website and his prices seem a little more reasonable than some others. Also would rather do business with someone from my part of the country, I lived in Fla. a number of years on two occasions while in the USAF.
I have posted a couple of questions to him and shall await his reply
