Get a Venice Pier bash out of a regular Fed IV or a Deluxe? Somelike like the Michaelson hat on the Peter Bros. site.

I would say absolutely. Its almost as if the pier bash is a less tightly pinched version of the more aged look.
I guess I'll find out as I'm about to order the new Fed IV deluxe - HOWEVER...
I just want to make sure of the color. I want to get dark brown, right? Not fawn. Just checking. Thoughts anyone?

Dark brown is the correct Indy color for the Fed, if that's what you want.
