Here's a pic of the first fedora I ever bought. I think it was $40.00 at Merry-go-round or Chess King.

That looks like one of the old Bailey 'Raider' fedoras.

That looks an awful lot like my '84 Stetson Disney ToD, which, re-bashed, doesn't look half-bad for a costume hat. It actually suits my head better than the taller, "real" fedoras, though I really prefer my DP outback hat in general.

Dropped by the Bailey factory store a few months ago and saw these for under $15.00. Might be the cheapest Indy starter hat.

A lot of us wore Bailey/Broner hats for many years before Miller finally created one closer to our needs.

If Indiana Jones was real I imagine that's what his hat would look like by now. Very cool.

There is no mention of a maker anywhere on the hat. A tag says its a small and 100% wool.

It looks a lot like the 1984 Stetson licensed Indy fedora I got back in the day from Sportsman Outfitters. Still have it banging around somewhere.
Thanks for sharing J! It brings back some memories from highschool.
Cheers!

That looks an awful lot like the LL Bean I have from the same time frame. Unfortunately, either my head has grown or the hat has shrunk. I suspect that the hat has shrunk as I have a wife to prevent me from getting a swelled head

Looks like there is still some life left in it. When a hat gets to that point, it's the one most likely to go on the real adventures. Another dent won't be noticed!
Thanks for sharing.
