Hi all.

I hope you do not mind me asking? I have not so long ago aquired a Raiders Wested Goat OTR and I absolutly love this jacket and it is my prized possession as it was all bought with monies recieved by me for my birthday and also the fact that I have wanted one since I was 9 years of age.

I have also just aquired a MKVII bag and I am awaiting the strap in the post; could take two weeks to arive.

Now my question is: By wearing the bag on the inside of my prized posession jacket; will I damage the linning over time. Am I better off not wearing the bag with the jacket?

I am just worried about wear and tear on the lining of the jacket that I love so much; do you understand what I mean?

If I wear the strap on the outside then the Goat leather could take it bad too.

I just need some advice from person/s who wear the bag with the jacket.

Any help would satisfy my concern.

I've never had any problems in this regard. Its never crossed my mind really.

I wouldn't worry about it mate. If the lining wears out just get it re-lined. I just did that with a USW jacket and it only cost £20 and was a really good job... I chose the lining as well. Nice black cotton
