Ordering a Fed IV

I ordered a Fed IV, I put all correct info...however I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail. Should I worry? I e-mailed them telling them my name, and told them what I ordered...no reply

I received a confirmation from Hatsdirect shortly after ordering mine a few months ago. Assuming they received the order they will respond quickly. I was fortunate they had my size in stock, received within 10 days.
