Is Wested out of supplies?

A friend of mine (not yet in this forum) ordered an OTR Raiders standard jacket over three weeks ago, but has not received it yet. Do you guys think this is normal in these days? He's in Italy, and we always received Wested jackets from UK in 4-5 days here.

I ordered mine on monday night and received it on thursday. I am in the UK.

Has your friend contacted Wested? It is possible that with the glut of orders they (and other vendors) have received, that the order got lost in the shuffle. I'm sure by contacting Wested they can track down the status.

How did he contact Wested? By email or phone? Perhaps giving them a ring would be best, as I understand email is not always the best way.

I ordered my year-old Wested in a standard off-the-rack size and it took their standard 21+ working days to get it. I think if they don't have your size on the rack at the time you order, you get put into the regular line up for production.

My friend's jacket is a regular OTR Raiders (no special) and has NO "made in UK" or Union Jack flag labels. This means that Wested is making in India the regular jackets too, and this is not stated in the website. Not a tragedy, but a little disappointed.
