Hi, I need to return my jacket and need to know what to put on the customs form: value, item, etc.
Also, do I just use their standard address?
Hope someone can help because I want to get this in the mail today!

Be sure to put on customs form and outside of the box in big black, bold letters ...'RETURN FOR REPAIR'.
Otherwise, Wested won't accept it, as they'll be charged a customs charge.
I'd also recommend you dropping Peter or Gemma a line and ask if there's anything else they currently require, but that's an IMPORTANT thing to put on those items.

Send it with USPS and tick the box RETURNED GOODS also write on form purchased from England return for repair and in big letters on the parcel.

What value amount shoud be placed on the customs form? Otherwise I will simply put the purchase price.

Considering it's now considered a 'used' jacket and not new stock, being returned for 'repair', I'd put down what you'd think it's worth as a 'used' item.

Honestly...I don't want to tell you what I think its worth. But I understand your point.
Of course if I want to insure it I have to list the new value as it is a new jacket I'm returning for a refund.

Then, full price should be listed.
