Club Obi Wan

I just received a WPG shirt and Mk 7 bag today. At the rear of the shirt this version has a box pleat. Someone mentioned that they took out the box pleat at the rear yoke seam. How much work is involved to get this right?

I would take it to a tailor and have then remove the pleat.
