I just purchased this for my costume last night

After it arrives I will remove or paint over the orange ;)
A pretty good piece I think :)

I'd be careful removing the orange tip. Depending on where you live, it can be illegal  It used to be the first thing I did with cap guns when I was a kid, but now I let my airsoft guns stay as clearly identifiable replicas.

There is more and more legislation aimed at "replica" firearms. Some preventing them from looking too "real" and others aimed at keeping real firearms from looking too "fake" (brightly colored finishes).

It will live in my holster unless I am at an event like a appearance or a convention or Filming.
I plan on being very careful about brandishing it after I remove the orange tip
Thank you for the excellent advice:)

I might try and figure out the lanyard attachment for the butt of it, and age it down a bit :)

Well, it arrived yesterday. and looks as good as the pictures
One Problem......
The barrel was too long for my holster!
I had ordered the 6" barrel :( I just sent it back and will have the 4" barrel one tomorrow :)
I will post pics then :)
Here is the stock picture of the 4" barrel gun

you should custom style it with a paint pen to make it look battle worn

hey, that's cool!!!
I was wondering about the construction...
Is it metal with a plastic grips, or plastic with a plastic grips, or plastic with metal cylinder and plastic grips?
thanks,

I just realized that your gun doesn't have the brass medallions that they show in the pictures.
