What about these guys?

Post by Solojedi »

Was searching online for something and came across this site: http://www.leatherattractions.com/india ... jacket.htm

anyone ever heard of them? used them? etc...

The look and price seem to be that of Todd's (no offense to him..just that he's out right now) and "reasonable"

So what do you think?

There's a thread around here somewhere about those and the general tone is: if you want a step DOWN from a Members Only jacket, then this is the one ( no offense to Members Only owners ).

Leather Attractions is known for stealing the picture of the Raiders jacket from Wested's site. Peter changed the picture since, but LA is still using the old one he used to use. I'd steer clear of Leather Attractions if I were you.

kiltie is right, there is a thread somewhere around here about Leather Attractions but I can't find it right now.

However, I remember reading somewhere that someone had gotten one of these jackets and they are HORRIBLE. The leather looks plastic like, almost like pleather, and is utterly cheaply made.

If you're looking for a good, low-cost jacket that will last a while get a Todd's.

Wow, have I been here long enough to see this issue resurface 3 times? I can't imagine some of you old timers having to dust off that old post again.

I personally don't have one of these Solo but the experts around here say...STAY AWAY!

sorry guess this thread is like a bad penny....it always turns up.
If it would be best, can someone just lock and close this so we don't need to deal with it.

Thanks
