After following this thread I decided to check and see if anyone would make a LC gun belt complete with the brass hardware.
A belt that has interested me is offered by the Whip Artistry Studio...
(
http://www.thewhipstudio.com/holsters.htm)
Their Crystal Skull gun belt is in the same style as the LC belt, utilizing the slip-on whip holster.
However, the buckle is silver-colored and there are no rivets on it. But we won't let that get in our way.
I e-mailed Gery L. Deer, owner of Whip Artistry Studios, and asked if the buckle could be exchanged for a brass one and the brass rivets added. I received the following response this morning...
"Hi
Yes, we can make a customized version of the Indy belt for you. Riveting the buckle and using brass hardware shouldn’t be a problem. As for sizing, we work from the traditional gunbelt sizing method. That takes the customer's normal waist belt size and adds 4 inches to it. So if you’re a 32 inch waist, your belt would be a 36 inch measurement from the edge of the buckle fold to the center of 5 holes.
*note*(The Indy gun belt costs $59.99)
We charge an additional $25 for custom alterations so the total price would be $84.99 plus $10 shipping and it takes about 10-business days before shipping. We ship everything USPS Priority Mail. Let me know what you’d like to do.
If you’re interested in ordering, just send a PayPal payment for $94.99 to our processing address:
gdeer@deercomputerconsulting.com and include your specs in the notes section of the payment page.
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Gery L. Deer

And so there you have it, a place where you can order an accurate LC gun belt. The Whip Artistry Studios gun belt is the most expensive that I've found...
It's $4.99 more than Lee Keppler's gun belt, however it appears that Lee currently only offers the Raiders style gun belt on his website (with the attached whip holster). If he offers the LC style belt I simply don't see it on his web site.
I can't find any information on Todd's gun belt. According to his web site, he no longer offers the standard gun belt and I simply can not get the page for his Deluxe Gun Belt to load.
From what I can discern, the Whip Artistry Studios Indy gun belt is comparable in price but it's the $25.00 charge for swapping in brass hardware that makes it more expensive than other Indy gun belts.
Whip Artistry Studios also offers the whip holster for $19.99
Thanks to Holt's information, the snap is supposed to be silver-colored and so we can avoid the $25.00 customization fee and accept this whip holster as-is.
And lastly, there is the Coil Keeper (a hook and loop strap of genuine leather that keeps your whip in tension between it and the handle holding the whip securely even on the Indy holster)... an Indy-styled strap that wraps around the coiled whip on the opposite side of the whip holster than the handle of the whip when worn on the belt. Simply put, it's a method of keeping your whip securely on your belt without slipping loose or out. This little bit costs $14.99
So let's add this up, shall we?
LC style gun belt with proper hardware: $84.99
Matching whip holster: $19.99
Matching Coil Keeper: $14.00
Shipping (approximate): $10.00
GRAND TOTAL: $128.98
Of course, an LC gearhead doesn't have to invest in this full rig. I simply put it all together to examine the cost of a screen accurate LC gun belt set-up (without distressing) with the practical addition of the Coil Keeper from Whip Artistry Studios.
This belt option is good for those who don't want to modify another gun belt as long as you're willing to pay the added cost for it.
Respectfully,
Nassik
