LC cut question

Post by Holt »

Hi,I hope somebody can answer on this pretty quick?...

should the LC jacket be cut in the 80's cut (slimmer body) or the standard cut ( Baggier look)to get an SA look?

Well Holt, if you don't know, what hope is there for us? I would think it was a full cut myself.

...well, if you're going to wear it, it might as well be cut to whatever your body profile is.......I mean if your body isn't shaped like Harrison's, what's the point, right?

yaeh I knda know but after seeing some scenes it looks slimmer and some other scenes it looks like a full cut...most scenes...

I just wanted to hear your thoughts...

but I think its a full cut....

after my understandings

Raiders: little baggy
Tod: slim and fitted
LC: Full cut and baggy

To me, the best fit for Harrison was the original Raiders jacket. The TOD jacket looked "tighter" because Harrison got really beefed-up for TOD. I really didn't like the CS jacket on Harrison.......too big and baggy....made Harrison look even older than he should.

What i'd ideally want are indy jackets that fit me like the TOD jackets. The slim, long fit looks best I feel. With the smallest pockets.

I dont think any vendor (maybe aside from Magnoli..not sure though) has gotten that jacket right. And no, it's not simply a raiders jacket over a beefed up indy.

You're right it does have a special look.
