I think that would be Louie. I wouldn't call it the cheapest, just one of the least expensive, among roo hide KOTCS whips, that I am aware of. This is his website:

hey gents,

i've been looking around for a CS 10 footer these days. i'm sure jacka has a huge waiting list to go on top of the huge price tag that you have to pay for one of his whips. i've been talking with bernardo on the construction of his whips and they are quite different than the 'indy usual suspect'. you can see how stiff the thong is in the 'd.a.m., i thought that was closer' scene. the only other whip that i thought had a stiff thong like that is the one bernie wojcicki uses in his instructional video.

i know that i've seen that beautiful creation from louie foxx but i'm wondering if it's constructed in a similar way to the movie whips or if it is a traditional indy whip with CS colouring.

is the only way to get a replica CS whip, in both looks and function, gonna cost me over $1K? if so, what is the safest way to place an order?

Hey guys I to make kangaroo indy whips (not just nylon) in both the old(ROLA, TOD, TLC) and new style(KOTCS), to be honest I think that I am the cheapest right now even with the recent raise of my prices (not updated on my site yet due to site being redone) My current prices for kangaroo indy bullwhip is $45.00 per foot starting at a minimum of 6 feet. If one orders a whip from me they can specify if they want the handle/thong transition to be stiffer like it is in the new film or just like the old film. So you don't have to spend 1k to get the whip that you want.

Keep Crackin

Indiana G,

I make my KotCS with the transition extended about 7 inches past the end of the handle and my KotCS ends in a 6 plait...where I think Jacka's ends in an 8 plait.

Hope that helps,

Louie

It takes some getting used to but it makes for a fine whip!
