Got my new Webley WG Holster made by Texas Raider to match my Rook Webley WG 8/27. TR's holster is a work of art. The plug at the bottom fits perfectly and is stitched beautifully. Take a look:

Crickets Chirping......
Well TR - looks like I should have beaten it up with a baseball bat before posting to give it that worn out and distressed look. I guess it just doesn't look like an Indy holster unless it has been dragged under a truck, scraped by a tank tread, and soaked by several rivers and multiple waterfalls.

I think it looks great! Beautiful WG, just needs a bit of distressing.

Yea - I told TR not to distress it that I would do that on my own.
Now - where did I put that baseball bat???

I had ordered one from Todd but got a message and refund because they were out of the Webley holsters. Maybe they have gotten them back in stock by now.

Looks great Paul!
I recently picked up an IMA Webley holster, but now I'm wishing I had gotten one of those!

Thanks guys - I almost hate to distress it!! When I first got it I thought it was black but in the sunlight you can see it is a dark brown. TR does really good work.

How did you go about doing your distressing? I started out with a fine grit sandpaper... but then I used steam on mine and it was really looking good, but I got the iron too close to leather and singed it in a few places
and it left big ugly black stripes in the leather. I think I might have ruined the look of it. I'll work on mine a bit more and see if I can salvage the look. I don't have a digital camera, but I could lay it on my scanner at home if anyone cares to see what it looks like when a hot iron actually touches this holster (it ain't pretty).

Sorry my original post wasn't clear: mine was purchased distressed from TR. I am overdue to post pics.
