Akubra Federation hat price increase?

I remember reading that the Federation hat was under $100, now I see it's at $103 for the Fed IV. Is this the cheapest one they offer?

The price fluctuates with the value of the US Dollar. I suppose if you watch from day to day, you might find the value slip under $100.00, but I don't know when they actually charge you, so you might pay a different price. Why not ask?

Yep, if you watch their website you'll notice the conversion rate changes almost every day. The amount you end up paying depends on the value of the U.S. dollar on the day they charge you for the hat. When I pre-ordered my Fed IV they sent me an email and asked if I wanted them to charge my credit card at that time or wait until the hat was ready to ship. I emailed back and told them to go ahead and charge my card right away. By the time they shipped the hat, the cost in U.S. dollars had gone up several dollars from when I pre-ordered.

Is dark brown for the federation the right color? Or is it too dark and overtime will it get even darker?
