Has anybody heard anything about the price of this hat? Is it the same as the Henry?

When I talked to the guy he said around 255 if you want alterations...I've been checking a lot to see if he put a pic up yet but no go...I hope he gets it up soon

You are correct- through June 30.

That is the correct price with styling but shipping is not included (about $15.00). Be sure to mention COW and your member-id. I believe that price is good only through June 30, 2008.

Perhaps this has been mentioned, but I wonder if the hat will be available in gray as well as brown.

From what I've heard, if there is enough interest he will be looking into the grey model as well. But don't quote me on this one. You may want to PM Ken and find out for sure.

Cheers!

the grey is such a nice hat...very business looking and more suitable for an office type setting in my opinion...but obviously...the brown is in a class all its own...my second purchase may be a grey in the future.

In talking with Ken, he is working on geting pictures up on his site once he has some product to show. It should be coming together in a timely manner. I know I can't wait see wha the Legend will look like with his shaping.
Once you folks start getting your Legends & Fieldmasters you should send him a picture for a customer gallery on his web site.

Cheers!

Indycrazy- Yes but I think that depends on the hat and what one is wearing. A gray hat with black ribbon isn't going to look very dressy with a brown or brownish suit or sport coat, for example. But I also suspect that a brown hat like Indy's might not be quite right either. But either in a dress felt and intended for that purpose. . . Oh, what the heck. Get them both!!! Yeah. That's the ticket!!! :whip: And I'm assuming we are starting from possession of the adventure fedora of you know who!!

I see your point...I have a black P-coat so that would go good with a grey hat...I don't own a brown jacket so that may be a problem...What goes good with a brown fedora other than a brown jacket?...but yes...once I accumulate funds after this magnoli purchase...i will probably invest in a grey hat

A black jacket would be fine as long as you have something else that has a brownish color (shirt or pants). Or you could also do a brown fedora + khaki trench coat much like 4 cartoon characters used as a disguise in a TV show of my youth.

They also had color coded bandanas if memory serves me correct. And what was up with that really hairy guy that was their father figure?

p.s. I love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! :D

he was a rat if I remember correctly?

Yes sir. Splinter. That would be the mutant rat who's master was murdered by the evil Shredder. Man, that was a great show, and it still holds up (at least in my eyes). The movies were great too. Even the last one, TMNT, was great and followed the ancient storyline well.

For the record, I was always Donatello when I used to play with my friends.
