Wested off the rack size help

I am wanting to order a off the rack Wested and am not sure what size I need here are my measurments any suggestions?

Chest 36 inches
Overarm 42 inches
Insleeve- Arm to Wrist 22 inches
Slv-Neck To Wrist 35 inches

The smallest off the rack Wested jacket is the 38 reg.
