Expecting my new Wested

So I'm expecting my replacement Wested, and I'm trying to deciefer all the info on Pecards and such. Since I live in Canada we get sun/snow/rain all the time 
and I will be wearing my coat through it all. But which Pecards do I use on it ? I ordered a LC Novapella and thats where I get lost on which one to use to achieve proper protection. As well does anyone know of a vendor in Canada to get Pecards from Locally?
