Pardon my ignorance, but is it possible to have a tailor adjust the sleeves on a jacket for a tapered effect? Looking at the way the sleeves are constructed, it doesn't seem all that bad.
I figure the problem comes when dealing with the size of the armholes since the opening would not match. Has anyone ever done this?
