Who is this PLATON character & what's with the pockets

The subject is the most polite version of what Peter might have said when he started receiving orders with PLATON's pockets.
While all the below jackets feature them, they don't look alike. In fact they are also all different to the originals I got in the 1st jacket that had them on and which was sold to Rick.
From the above I like the last one and I hope I get them like this in my new order because I am the only one in here who doesn't have PLATON's pockets.
Peter please don't disappoint me with the pockets. (fingers crossed)
