well for what its worth here is my opinion on uswings. people on here have said that their customer service is a+. well id have to say it is well above that . let alone that they give cow members a discount on the kotcs jackets so that they are the price of their regular jackets. every question i have had has been answered. and they are the most genuine nice people in buisness that i have come across. i have yet to meet sarge but lookin forward to it. i have bought from wings for years usually it was just smaller stuff like hats and a whip, this was the first indy jacket (the l.e. kotcs) i bought from them. had looked at getting a distressed cow last year but when i went back for it they were sold out. they did give me a call when they got them back in but i never made it back up there. which now im glad cause i was able to buy this one instead. wife would kill me if i bought 2 in a year!
they have just moved so the store isnt opened yet but plan on heading back up in a couple weeks when it is to pick up some more stuff. guess i could have said this in a couple sentences but since i am so pleased with them and their merchandise i guess i tend to ramble. heck other than my todds jacket i got rid of every other leather jacket i own. its only gonna be uswings for me from now on. im sure the other companies are great also and i admit have never dealt with wested but why bother when wings is basically in my backyard
After reading about the COW discount the other night I emailed to ask if it could apply to the order I received last week. Sgt. Hack promptly responded that it would be credited to my card and then forwarded my message to Laurie who took it from there. A very classy bunch there at US Wings.
