Keppler Strap with Alternative Bag

Post by IndianaSolo »

Hey Gang,

Got my Leather strap today and let me tell you that It made a HORRIBLE day do a 180. Lee tells me he got my payment on Monday April 28th and is shipping it out that day, Nice I figure it gets here Friday. I see my mailbox today April 30th, and theres a package from Adventure-Supply    It took NOT EVEN 3 DAYS to get to NY from CA, so a BIG plus for Lee. I open the box, see the strap and =P~ =P~ =P~ . I LOVE leather and this strap did it for me. It was thick, it felt sturdy, and the color was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I asked for a LC buckle and boy am I :D \:D/

As for the bag, I went to my local Army Navy shop and got a map case shoulder bag. Even though the rings are on the back of the bag, there is a hard backing that helps support the bag and prevents it from making curved U when my stuff is inside. I wear a bag whenever I go casual, and the pics below show how I dress when I am casual.

But I LOVE Lee's strap. It feels tough and looks great, not to mention that it got here in record time. HIGHLY recommend it.

IndianaSolo, ditto on all the above brother!! I too sport a Keppler bag strap, infact I bought two  and Lee is an awesome guy to deal with. He's kind of like a, if not THE founding father of gear research. I had a chance to meet him at a gun show in Phoenix, and a first conversation feels like you've known him forever. Lee also sells raiders gun belt with the holder attached, and it is dead on accurate.

BTW- That's a cool bag. Indy w/ a little more room.

They have those bags at a surplus/outdoors store here, too. Readily available, unobtrusive, and practical as well. Pretty cool, indeed.
