I've gotten a sneak peek at the jacket for Indy IV. In keeping with the 1950s setting and "alien visitors" theme of the film, certain changes had to be made in the design of our favorite jacket. Check out the link below for a preproduction shot of Indy and Marion:

The only drawback for Indy fans is that Wested says it will cost 1.7 million pounds to replicate a functional jacket for fans.
