Wested Goatskin Opinions

Post by Woodford »

Off the peg options. Any good?

What is the standard regarding lining, D-rings, X-stitching and zip type?

£135 can't be knocked and I don't know if I can be bothered with custom options and the extra £30.

I can't really tell from the Wested site pics what is what, as some of the same pics have been used for all options.

I would appreciate the info and your thoughts.

Thanks!

Check towards the bottom of this thread for my review of the new off the peg goat.

OK Thank you.

Would the horse be worth the £10 extra for a standard Raiders?

Half my problem is I don't know what I'd get off the peg.

I sold my horsehide as it weighed a ton. In my opinion it's too heavy to make a good raiders jacket.
