Wested's leather preference?

I guess we all have our opinion as to what the best leather is for an Indy jacket, but I was just wondering, what is Peter's current preference for leather?

I know he mentioned the goatskin in an article a while ago, but with the introduction of new leathers, has his opinion changed?

I just thought I would mention that Peter does not prefer the lambtouch cowhide, which I thought was odd considering the positive reviews for that particular hide.

I know currently the consensus around here is for Wested's novapelle, and having owned one of their firsts, I can see why!

Is novapelle as tough as regular cowhide?
