Blank firing S&W replica

Post by Marc »

I don't know much about guns and since I'm not allowed to carry one anyway here in Germany, why should I?

But I found this page: http://www.airpistol.co.uk/smithwesson2.htm

In my opinion - with a little work under the barrel and some new grips - this could become a really good replica for a affordable price.

What do you think? Is it accurate enought? Or is it way off?

Regards,

Marc

It looks pretty close, but the thing is it would take alot of work to make it look like Indy's. The barrel is a good lenght but it's a tad too bulky. Being it's an airgun, I don't know how easy it would be to modify it, and since guns are illegal in Germany I suppose it would be hard to find a gun smith to work on it.

Pretty much your desicion, personally I use my dad's, he's got pratically the same thing. Just my $.02

Those better be Japanese for that price, with Metal parts.
I've gotten Spring action Korean made Glocks for under $10.
