My Hats Direct experience -Thank You Ron!
Some of you may recall my ranting about my dissapointment with my Fed Deluxe. Well, let me say that Hats Direct has earned my apologies and my respect. After discussing it with Ron, I sent it back. Once he saw it, he agreed the hat should not have been sold, it was an error on their part. Thus, my replacement is on its way as well as a refund for my return shipping.
A+ for Hats Direct!

Glade to hear it. I'm glade to hear that you gave them a chance fox the problem. Rather than just except it and become bittter.

I'm not surpised by the venders. for the most part I found most vendrs will work with you to make you happy. I found some people not let the vender know if there is a problem. they rather just sit on the item for sometime and then complain later.
I have only had a couple of problems with venders but they worked the problem out with me. Only one that I had a bad experience that I won't ever recommend them.
it was just refreshing to see a member work the problem out with the vender.

..not far off! It was about the shade of the top-middle picture in the first post- but darker. The pic below is pretty accurate on my screen.Michaelson wrote:Just curious, citRon...was it the color as shown in this thread?

Ha! I hope not- I have had a Tawny on order since February (they were out of my size) and i hope its the tan color in caparzo's second round of pics.
This Fed Deluxe was weird- I asked several people, in case I was seeing it wrong, and nobody could name the color! One guy I work with said "Uh, let me get my box of 64 Crayolas, and I'll get back to you".
