Distressed my LC Wested Jacket

I used a 320 sandpaper sponge to work over the entire jacket, especially the areas I didn't want much distressing.
I then used 220 Sandpaper to do the rest of the areas I wanted a stronger distressing. Finished it up my using some brown Kiwi shoe polish on the distressed areas.
I'm not finished, but I'm taking my time, to avoid any regrets.

What vintage is that jacket? It has distinctive old school pockets, but the collar ain't bad either. (ie not he huge scaled up raiders that some had)

It's an authentic lamb, I'm not sure what vintage though. I bought it off ebay a week or so ago.

see, I don't understand.. that jacket has a large collar, but it's not terribly pointy like a lot of the LC wested's that I see. is the very pointy thing something new? or something old?
