Just thought I would share some pictures of a whip I've had for a while. I made it about 6 years ago or so, and it is the first 24 plait bullwhip I ever made. It is 6 foot, and cracks just the way I like it. Great weight, it is extremely accurate, and rolls out really really smooth. I would have sold it, but I had screwed up a part of the pattern in the handle, and didn't notice until I was 3 feet past the handle, and some of the drops weren't clean enough for my perfectionist quality standards. So I decided to keep it myself, but I never put on a wrist loop, or a turks head knot. I finally did a month or so ago, the wrist loop is 10 plait, and the knot is a 9part-8bight.

The whip feels very Indyish, and the color has darkened really nicely to that used Indy look, so I got to thinking that perhaps if Indy had no budget whatsoever, perhaps his whip would look something like this, ;-)

Wow bro...It's a beast...The handle doesn't look bad at all. Almost looks like it belongs that way. All you need is a ring knot and its done!!

I have always loved how that whip handled. Hadn't seen it for a while, and love the way the color is going.

Thanks for posting, Paul!
