My first strain on its way

Post by ortiz344 »

I just picked up in the Cairo Bazaar my first joe strain 6fter. It is used but i just cant afford a new one.

I cant wait to get it and hope to post pics once it arrives.
The pics he sent me made it look pretty dark so this will be my CS whip

Serious ortiz344, that is a beautiful bullwhip and you got if for a steal! :D I tell you, I would have bought it in a heart beat if you hadn’t beat me too it. Congratulations, I am glad it went to some one who will apprecate it and give it a good home, Now get out there and crack that whip!

:?: I hope to get some help. I need a whip to finish off my Indy gear. I don't think I can afford a Morgan, the Joe Strain looks GREAT and gets VERY high remarks. Can anyone tell me the turn around on the wait? Are they kept in stock or are they all special order?

Thanks

Looks just like my Stenhouse! Beautiful, beautiful whip! (I bet it's as heavy as mine too!)

Great buy! I was thinking about picking up a 6' Strain recently, but decided not to.

Don't mean to rain on the proverbial parade...but that doesn't look like a normal Joe Strain. Was it a special order do you know? The knots and Turk head is different. Joe's on here now and then so maybe he can explain and confirm. Just curious. Nice looking whip regardless.
