New Federation

Post by uncle ogs »

I emailed hatsdirect the other day and they are out of my size in the federation. As of this moment they seem unsure when the new version will be availbale. i just wondered if any of you here had any inside info on when it is expected?

Good news! I think the new Fed IV deluxe is going to be my first Fedora. I've just (rather impatiently :D ) emailed them to ask about sizing and to see if they have shots of the hats with the bash...

What's up with the '63x70mm' brim? I thought it was supposed to be 70x73mm dimensional cut....I'm hoping that's a typo....Michaelson? This sound like a typo to you?

Really don't mind the notion of a slightly narrower brim. Always thought the Fed overshot the mark ever so slightly when it came to this.

Yep. Just received an e-mail from hatsdirect about the updates. Can't wait! What's the deal with the brim width though? 63 mm...kinda short?? Hmm.

EDIT: I stand corrected - 63 mm is just about right!

Yeah, maybe you're right...Just looked funny to me at first, after seeing that 70x73 for so long....
