HJ in SOC Bash

Hey Folks!
As many of you know, I'm one of those oddball Gearheads who like Herbert Johnsons (ducks the thrown whiskey bottle), so after some tweaking by Todd (hat tip!) here is my HJ in streets of Cairo form:

It's too tapered to be a soc right now. You gotta turn that thing too and then you should sit on it as mentioned. Right now it looks like a really tall tod cockpit hat.

The hat looks great! Makes me ever so much more impatient for my HJ to arrive. Despite what is said about that hat not having ALL the elements of SOC, I say it's da*n fine looking. I've always been a bit partial to the LC look, despite the fact that I'm having my Magnoli HJ bashed after SOC. I think Todd's HJs make an EXCELLENT LC hat. Thanks for posting those pictures. Keep us updated on any changes you decide to make to it, if you do, but I say, "No need!"
