AB Raiders shirt arrives - It's SUPERB!

Hi everyone,
Like a few people here, I recently received my AB Raiders shirt from Marc. This is a beautiful piece of work and I didn't hesitate to upgrade my display with it.
Previously, I was using an MBA shirt but for some reason - it always seemed a bit too "pink". I was intrigued to hear that Marc's AB shirts have been exactly colour matched to a 15 year old MBA shirt and it's interesting to note that the colour is more khaki / beige. This leads me to believe that my MBA shirt must have been dyed a different colour compared to Noel's older versions? I'm not sure which colour is an exact match for the actual Raiders shirt, but I will say that the AB looks more accurate to me so I decided to use the AB shirt for my display.
Before I put the shirt on my mannequin, I threw it into the washing machine and then let it dry naturally. It developed just the right amount of wrinkles / creases and helps the shirt to match Ford's scruffy look.
As always, Marc's customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Here's a couple of pics of my display showing the new shirt.
Thanks again Marc!

Looks great as always, Chris. That get-up looks like it's waiting for Ford to come and put it on to film. There's just something in the way it all drapes. That, and of course the fact that it's all so darn screen accurate in appearance. Oops!
Did I say screen accurate?
That seems to be such a bad choice of words around here these days.
And for some reason I thought that's why we were here here at "Indygear".
Glad to see you're still in the game, Chris. I just about gave up on you a while back when you sold your old gear. Now you're back on track more than before. Cheers!

Marc K., from a guy who's always wanting only the absolute best, take this as a the highest of compliments.

Thanks Jason - I really appreciate your comments. As you know, my motivation for this has always been the goal of achieving a display which is as accurate as possible.
There's never been a better time to be an Indy gear collector and the quality / accuracy of latest offerings pulled me back into the game.
Here's a full body shot of the gear:
Cheers,
Chris

I second that! The AB shirt is well made and the color is the perfect blend of "stone" and "khaki". Nice long tail to tuck in, and perfect epaulet placement. Great light weight summer shirt.
I'll be hitting the trout streams soon with my AB hat and shirt... I'll substitute my fly rod for the whip though!
Thanks Marc!

And it's really comfortable! Light enough to allow your skin to breath, but strong enough to protect you from sun, sand and thorns.
Thumbs up, really!

Thank you SO INCREDIBLE much for your kind feedback.
Whenever I send something to Chris and Jason it makes me sweat bullets over it being good enough to stand the eyes of them.
Being able to please two Gentlemen whos knowledge and obsession for details are known way beyond the walls of this forum is about the biggest praise I could hope for. Thank you so much again!
Thank to Jens I know that the shirts will be able to be worn as any AB product: on a daily and tough basis. Thanks to you, I know that the goal to make it as accurate as possible was archieved as well. That just tickles me to death
Thanks again for making my day Gentlemen.
Regards,
Marc

Great! Now how did you order one? The AB web site is all about the hats. Do you have to email Marc directly?

Yes, just send Marc an email or a PM.

Is there a new website in the making that will show all the new items that AB is now offering, as well as a price list?
that would be very helpful for all of us!

Sure! This is the mainsite for both Steve and me:
www.adventurebilt.com
From there you can pick either Steve's or my particular site. What I need to add yet, is the other gear items.

Thanks jeremy3178.
The mannequin came from
www.morplan.co.uk
They're a store display supplier here in the UK. Last time I checked for a friend, they don't offer overseas shipping. Sorry about that.
