Fedora's groundbreaking tutorial...?

On Sun July 11, 2004 (about pg. 42 in the "The Fedora" archives) there's a thread started by Bufflehead Jones entitled:
"Fedora's most excellent hat creation tutorial".
That thread is for comments on another, unknown thread that contains the actual tutorial. Only one problem...
There's no thread anywhere near that thread containing a complete hatmaking tutorial from Fedora.
I searched under Fedora's name, no luck.
I tried "tutorial", "hat AND making"... no luck.
I checked the FAQ, didn't see any reference to it.

I have been looking for two hours now.
Where did this 'most excellent' tutorial go?

You can order it from Billy Mays on Home Shopping Network for the one time, low-LOW price of 4 payments of only $19.99 each. And if you order now you'll get a lovely Billy Mays autograph that you couldn't give away if you tried.

Order now!

I'm sorry, I appreciate the levity, but after all the time I've just spent looking, I'm not amused.

Thanks for the attempt. As a staff member, can you make a recommendation?

Spatter,

the only one i recall is Marc's tutorial on the making of an AB....it's still pretty recent and should not take too long to find. hope that helps.

I am familiar with that one, and Marc did a great job. I agree, it's a heck of a tutorial or guide to the AB Dlx.

I was just curious what Fedora had written back in '04 trhat garnered such praise yet remained so maddenly elusive.

I appreciate it. Seriously, it's a pain sometimes keeping a good humor on a board like this, and I am grateful for the upbeat attitude.

I was just frustrated to find a reference that went nowhere.

Thanks, also, to everybody else. At least I know it wasn't sitting right there in front of me and I was just missing it.

I think Dalexs(probably did not spell that right) hosted it for awhile. Probably lost in cyber space by now. But, I remember it well. Fedora
