I just received my Wested from Peter -- I sent it back for a longer jacket. The new length is great. I did notice that the interior pocket is _much_ larger than my previous Wested. It's 7 7/8 inches wide (edge to edge of the pocket leather facing) and 2 3/4 high (vertical measurement).

Has the interior pocket increased in size with the newer jackets? Just wondering.

I just hope the problem of the stitching on the pockets coming loose has been resolved.

Is your jacket an LC version? Peter has always said that that version had to have a larger inside pocket for Indy to put the Grail Diary in (though we never see him actually do it) and was one of the requirements made by LucasFilm when the jackets were ordered. Sounds like you may have actually received an LC jacket with the correct pocket. Then again, maybe you just got a bigger pocket. Regards. Michaelson

When I ordered my jacket, Peter told me that he now makes every version with the LC interior pocket, because it's a more useful size.

My Raiders jacket also has the larger (7 7/8 x 2 3/4") pocket.

That certainly makes sense. No complaints here about it. I was just wondering about the change. My jacket is definitely a Raiders version as requested. I just glad Peter and company still craft the Indy jacket and make it available to us.
