Just some pics of my 9 ft I had made 4 or 5 years ago and it seems to be a nice hybrid whip for the new film. I was surprised to see how close the new movie whip looks to this one. I guess I chose, wisely. Thought I'd share.

I had Joe make the knots darker back then - but I also made them even darker myself - aged them more than the rest of the whip, added some darker tones, etc. - but did that long before I saw the look of the new movie whips. Just a happy coincidence.Indiana_Hall wrote:DJN,
