i just ordered a rotla special a few days ago, when should i be expecting it?

They usually ship within 21 days, but sometimes they are even faster than that depending on how swamped they are with work.

Is that for a custom or an off the rack?

That's for custom. Of the rack jackets are usually instantly sent if they are in stock.

Swindy, do you know if they charge your credit card once they ship your jacket?

I ordered an 'off the rack' Raiders Special and have not received any email with a tracking ID, but my card has been charged.

(I haven't had much time on my hands really hanging out here, just browsing through lately, so I might have missed it way back when you first swithced avatars.) We both joined in 2003... Good old days, huh? Ah, well.

I'm not sure, but I think that is the case, yes.
I'll let Peter chime in in case he sees this though, it was a long time ago since I ordered my goat.

Gemma is usually the one who gets out all the jacket's and orders and gives out tracking ID

Gemma is on holiday...she is comming back friday I think?at least thats what I heard from peter

I ordered a Custom last Friday, and recieved a confirmation email. Not a shipping one tho. And my card was charged that next day...so i assume they got right on the ball making it!

I ordered my Wested special offer, on-line on a Sunday. It was at my door in Canada the following Friday. 5 days, (my shirt was 5 weeks). Thats fast.

I would say times are like this, if your getting a custom your going to be waiting a month or a little more for your jacket. If your getting an off the rack and Peter has some in stock he can get that shipped soon and have it to you in a couple of days. That is what he told me in a coversation about the ROTLA special order ones. Peter is really busy now, so I would expect anything sent e-mail wise probably has not been returned because Peter just does not have the time to go through all the e-mails. With Gemma being sick, that has probably made it hard for him to respond even quicker. Peter is a great gentleman over the phone and always willing to help someone out, he does a great job with his work, just they are really swamped with orders. Especially with the new film coming up.

Gemma is back from her holiday again...I talked to her today..she has sendt out one of my jackets...so I guess it will be here tomorow..

just wanted to let you know she's back and she has started to ship out orders again.
