Regarding the emails, not being replied to. I get hundreds!!! And it takes me awhile to answer them. I limit my pc time to 2 hours each day. I used to limit it to 1 hour, but the volume has prompted me to spend twice that amount to time. And it is not enough to respond in a timely manner.
Read around some of these threads and you'll see more of the same. Keep trying and be patient.
