For non-OU students $35. on the day ($25 pre registered before January 23rd.

-Skills from the 7 basic cracks, to wraps, multi cracks, multiple whips and target work. Skills for beginners to as well as new skills for intermediates.
-Bring your own whip or training whips provided. (equipment is limited)
-The goal of each workshop is to create 3-5 minutes of “material” for the students to be able to perform onstage, wither it be a staged fight, skills demonstration, dance routine or other performance.
-This workshop is Safe, Fun, and Educational
All participants should be dressed to move and are required to bring Safety Glasses!
