I am not so skilled when it comes to hats, I have a hat i randomly found in a town, which looks a lot like indys fedora. And I have tried to get me a good indy fedoora, but just haven't had any luck, and I think Steve is pretty busy at the time so i can't get any answers or anything from him.

So I am asking you guys to help me out with the following!

I need to shape my hat, to get a more indy look, im looking for something like the raiders movie, but I do not know how to reshape a hat. How can I do this?

and secondly, if anyone has a good place for ordering good hats or something like that, I would be glad if i received any tip.

Yep, look at the stickies in the section and do some basic searches and you'll find a TON of information.
