New production .45 Auto Rim

Post by Lee Keppler »

PMC has re-introduced the .45 Auto Rim round for all of you 1917 shooters that don't like using the half or full moon clips. It can be ordered from your local, full service gunshop, or try www.miwall.com. I saw it on their tables at last week's Bakersfield, CA show, and did my jaw drop! It's nice to see the industry do something benificial for a change :D

Auto Rim

For those of us on the east coast, Georgia Arms makes a number of rounds for the older guns. They have an .45 autorim with a lead (no jacket) bullet and a lower charge, also a .45 ACP also lead and low charge. They have other .45 rounds for cowboy action shooting, and a .357 "deer stopper" round that hurts your hand to shoot in a K frame S&W.
