I have Todd's Rick O'Connell double shoulder holster and Artsee1's replica pistols stuffed in them. I just recently got some adventure type shirts with epaulettes and no Indy style front pleats, but I'm not 100% happy with the colors I found, and picked up too many short sleeve versions as well. Todd also made the pants belt, leather suspender and wrist cuff. I'm just trying to grow my hair out on top and have it trimmed neat on the sides and back to look more 1930ish like Rick's style, but want to get it more like Indy's for May 22. I'll try to get some photos this weekend when I see my girlfriend. She's the one with the digital camera. I also have Artsee1's replica shotgun and I'm saving to get some boots similar to the O'Connell pair. Artsee1's replica firearms are almost too good. They look so real, even up close, untill you see the pluged muzzle. I'd like to weather my shoulder holster to look used like Ricks, but not quite sure how to do that. This is another costume that I would consider wearing at a convention, but the replica guns look too real from a distance. I saw photos of Artsee1 in a con parade on his site, and he was packing the pieces, but then everyone else was in costume, too.

Todd custom makes the Rick O'Connell double holsters. You give him your measurements and he fits it to your frame. I believe the one that Artsee1 makes is one size.

The picture posted above should be sufficient to make a pattern. You have the gun-butts as a known or easily estimated dimension, and from there it's a matter of visualising in 3 dimensions and getting someone to help you take some measurements of your torso to make it a custom fit. There's adjustment built into the design.
