I must have missed the thread Fatwoul, why do you need a replacement liner?

Well, that makes sense. How much did Hatsdirect charge for a new one? If you don't mind?

I didn't post the reason on here, Erin, cos I'd just posted it on FL and couldn't be bothered putting it on both.

Actually the reason was simply because some brown dye from the hat had run onto it when the hat was wet, and then some black marks got on it after i left a belt in the hat overnight.
Those are just battle scars! :D Gives it character! 8)

You might try pinning it together on a hat block, kinda like how a seamstress pins a dress on a mannequin.
When I wash my liners I stretch them over a block to dry.
Bob.

I haven't yet made a new liner for my Fed, but I'm planning on it. I bought a JPD from abother member, and the liner had "Custom Made for ------" So, I bought some white satin from the fabric store, planning to replace the side fabric of the liner. I also plan to do that with my Fed, because that liner has just gotten nasty. :) I'll try to get it done soon and post pics. Never enough time...
