Wow... it looks well loved. Got any fun stories about stuff you've done with it? Hiked through space... rafted down the himalayas... skateboarded across the White House lawn... went deep sea diving with it on... I always love hearing stories about stuff people have done with their hats. It just tells so much about it, and the way it looks.

In Christ,
Shane

I love a well used and well worn hat. My hats become old friends as I have started not rotating my collection, and just wear the same one all the time. I figure 10 years from now, it will be broken in just right. I used to think I needed a few dozen hats to feel secure in my passion. These days, I think I need only one hat. And I don't want it to look new. I want it to look like me, old and worn, with alot of miles under the belt. I want to try and wear at least one hat out in my lifetime. :D Fedora

"It's not the years, it's the mileage."

That is quite the PB Custom. Did you change the ribbon? It looks darker than other PBs. Was the hat reblocked/shaped since 2001? If not, it has weathered the years very well.

Sincerely,

Can we see a picture of it on your head? It's a well-loved hat, indeed! I have a few hats like that, but I own so many that sometimes it's hard to choose which one I want to wear! It's always good to have a favorite you'll take everywhere, and that hat looks like it's the one for you.

That's a great looking PB. The ribbon compliments the hat well.

Is it just me, or does that hat look kinda like a Keppler lid with the darker ribbon on it? It's definitely a good looking PB, HSJ. Hang onto that puppy for life!

Thanks guys. There is a lot of "mileage" on that Hat. It's been through extreme heat, torrential rain, a blizzard or two and Two kids!!!!

Of the items in our gear collections, the hat and the jacket takes on the personality of it's owner if worn on a regular basis.

You can TELL this one isn't complete without being on the head of it's owner.

I tip MY fedora to you, my friend. You show what our love of our gear is all about!

HIGH regards! Michaelson

So, true. The hat really assumes a life of its own, once perched upon the owner's noggin.

Great hat. PBs truly seem to weather the storms of life/adventure.

Sincerely,
