Wested x-box-stich

Coming back to the Wested jacket I ordered (a raiders off-the-rack horsehide in 42), I was amazed to see that the band holding the side buckle was sewed in an x-box-stich. Is that a default thing now, cause I didn't request it. I own two other Westeds (custom made LC cowhide and off-the-rack authentic brown lambhide Raiders) they both don't have that x-box.

I know Peter's been reworking the design some. He's actually really trying for SA. It just takes a lot longer to evolve than Todd's. I'd it's a new default.

Hey, when you ordered, did they send you a DHL tracking code?

Funny, Peter started out with the X-Box and then changed due to fans demands. Now he's changing it back again to the correct X-pattern it's always been since the beginning. He had it right all along and we messed it all up.

mufflowne, funny enough, not for this particular order. For all my previous orders I got an email saying "Wested send you a package", including a tracking URL.

They maybe somekind of busy. I also haven't received the sent message on my latest orders.

Much regards

I am not suprised DHL did not send a tracking code as we dont use them.
We use parcelforce.com who should send an automated email if we had the address to give them on the manifest. USA delivery is via USPS.
Cheers
Peter

Well, I just got my new wornlook lamb jacket today, and it doesn't have neither x box nor v stitch. it's just a box-stitch.

I guess nothing is standard then? As Indy once said, "I'm just making this up as I go."
