California getting with it?

Hello Guys
I hear the wise rulers of California are voting soon on whether or not to allow kangaroo products to be sold legaly in their fair state.
I hope the decision gives the go ahead for this idea, I think it would calm the nerves of the whip traders who have been selling into the state regardless of the ban. It seems there is a hefty fine if the authorities decide to get nasty.
Has anyone else heard about this impending decision or when it's due to take place?
Here is a recent photo of one of Terry's whips a 17 ft. bull with a 12 inch. handle 12 plait.
A lot of the photos are like this with just the handle section especially the longer ones, Terry's whips don't like to be curled up like a piece of rope particularly when new.
There was an unusual whip design for him with these latest shots, I'll post it next when I get some time .
all the best ..........littlejohn
